Patisapti / Crepe with Coconut Filling

Mix AP flour, baking powder, and ghee for a minute. It should look like sand. Now add milk and sugar and make a smooth batter. Then cover and rest it for half an hour. Take a frying pan ( preferably non stick), drizzle a little oil and heat it on medium. Now pour 1/4 cup batter and spread it with a swirl motion to a disc with the help of a spatula. Let it cook the underside. Now take 2 tbs of Narkoler Chhai (the coconut stuffing) and place it on one side of the disc (make a small log to reach both ends) and make a roll. Cook until the outer side of the roll is golden brown. Repeat with the remaining mixture. Serve hot.
