In a pan add the first three ingredients and turn on the gas or hot plate. In a very low flame with a help of a spatula mix them and try to continue mixing so the bottom stays clean. After a few minutes it will become runny, don’t worry, slowly it will form a soft ball and come together from the corners. Turn off the gas. Let it cool for few minutes so you can touch it Now make a preferred ball (naru) and roll it into milk powder.
Can be used as the filling for patisapti, gokul pitay, and many other desserts. You can use it as a spread on bread!
