In a bowl take the besan and add 1 tbs oil. Mix it, then add water spoon by spoon to make a batter not too thik not too thin. If you dip your finger the batter should be able to coat it. Now add nigella seeds and salt, whisk for 2 minutes. In a frying pan heat the oil in high heat then simmer. Now dip the vegetables in to the batter and slowly fry them in the hot oil. Turn them when one side is done, the color should be golden brown. TIP: For best result fry them twice!
Take them out and enjoy!
